Championship Manager 93/94/EOS Foreigners are cRule.

Hey Coders

I was just wondering/hoping/wishing that maybe someone could divulge into my favourite game and see if they could remove the limit of foreign players (particularly EU players) as I want to bring the game up to date with current players/managers/stadiums etc but because there is no EU foreign limit in real life there is going to be too many EU players in squads which would make the game virtually unplayable as you can't play with more than 4 foreigners in your starting 14. I would be very grateful if someone could do this as cracking/coding/editing games is far beyond my intelligence. I obviously would be very happy to assist in anyway I can.

Thanks in advance for any help/assistance you may be able to offer.

There is still a little hiccup as the editor won't load the new main file, I'm sure we can get round it. Either by editing first then removing the restriction or well I don't know but I know StingRay will

As per post #11 once I get around to updating the players/stadiums etc we will be able to get the rule removed.

So how does this work then? Would we have to update it first and then get the rule removed from our updated version?

I unfortunately have some time on my hands...

Yup, I tried using the editor after Sting made the awesome removal but the editor wouldn't accept the main file so it would need updating first then get sting to remove the foreigner rule.

I see. Well do you mind if I have a crack at this soon? I'd quite fancy trying to update some of it. I'll post some stuff in the other thread that's now been bumped too.

Yeah sure, at the time I had some spare time but now I've been inundated with work and it's not gonna change until after the summer holidays.

Agreed, we should take this discussion back over to the other thread.
