to have a bigger market a whdload version is needed (Vampire V4 has no disc drive) and perhaps a test version with one level

Thank you so much for the review at Indie Retro News. I would just like to add after reading it, that the entire project took approx 1400-1500hrs over 10.5months to complete from my brain to end physical box.

As I think I said earlier up this thread, I imagine that the game itself will be assimilated into the WHDLoad collective soon enough

There has been a FREE AmigaBill special playable demo version out for a while now here but that may of been missed by some of course...

Thanks for this beautiful AGA game, I just bought the digital version.

The game run well on A1200 standard and on a MiST fpga setting an A1200 configuration with fast ram.
Slowdown are indeed present with a Blizzard 1230.
On my A1200/060 PowerPC it doesn't like my harddrive.

But I can play it on MiST/MiSTICA fpga !

Oh right... the Vampire market is absolutely huge compared with people who have / use:

An A500
An A500+
An A600
An A1200
Emulate.

It is a bonus that it all works on MiST/MiSTICA fpga! The Amiga blitter gets bashed hard in this game so any slowdown seen is mostly that when lots of blits are on screen.

Well, there are at least 5000 Vampires around, a number not to be underestimated if you think about the niche market it is aimed at. For example I will test WIZ, as well as any other new game that comes out, on 1200 + V1200.:essere d'accordo

i have done what said the readme file but still asking for disk 2 floppy in df0 ! what I do wrong ?
