We recently got the manual for Rock 'n Roll (as mentioned here), but I don't know who contributed it. The page numbering of said scans starts with page 3 and looking at the other sections of the manual it seems as if there might be pages 1 & 2 missing.
If somebody owns the full manual (cover scan below) it would be great if they could check if there are pages 1 & 2 in it and of course scan those two pages
