Also - I bought a 1084S recently on Amibay and I've just taken it out of the box because my cables arrived today from Vesalia.
It's dead. Not only dead, but busted. It's been dropped and smashed up pretty badly. Very sad |

Everytime Amibay goes down, EAB becomes the asylu... I mean home for the lost souls Well, all the best that it's back soon and that you lot will at least sometimes look here when Amibay isn't offline

Because they do what they (need to) do, I feel completely safe buying there, more than any other place.
And the forums are some of the most helpful & friendly you'll find, anywhere. Its one of the only websites I visit daily (usually more than once...). |

Still having troubles? Give me a shout if you need some Apache related help - I manage a fair few of the university's LAMP stacks here and might be able to lend a hand.

It works fine, but I suspect it needs a new fan as it crashes the pc if the pc is left on for several weeks at a time. (I don't turn my pc's off ever) It works fine when used as a secondary PhysX card though |

I'm not a massive gamer (don't have the time), but I will appreciate being able to have a card quicker than a GT440 |

I'm registered in Amibay, and I want to tell a thing:
This is post 138. I don't see any moderator telling what I read in Amibay when EAB was having a similar problem, this: " OK, it's relevant to our interests that one of our fellow Amiga sites is currently offline, but we really don't need "still down" updates from everyone who tries! As for why they're offline, there are a number of reasons I can think of, but I wouldn't care to speculate. I'm sure we'll find out once they're back online. As such, I'm closing this thread. I think its work has been done!" And they closed the thread "". Last edited by prowler; 19 June 2012 at 23:12. Reason: Renumbered post. |

@Retrofan: the EAB thread was derailed and nothing would come from it at that time. Most EAB moderators don't use Amibay, so no decent news for what was happened.
It's the same here: I hope people only use this thread to useful information, not to bash other people and start flaming wars. |

I only tell a fact. I don't tell anything about my opinion.
Ok, I will change for if you like, but as I say, I just tell a fact. Each one is free to think about it. Last edited by Retrofan; 19 June 2012 at 22:58. |
