Tools
Anyone know the name of the tool you use to remove the nuts on ports such as serial ports, parallel ports etc. The things the plugs screw into.
Is it a 3/16" hexagonal nut driver ? |

Ahh, speaking of that, I really need one too. This way it'll be easy to get under the Amiga motherboards without using a leatherman to wear out the screws.

I found a set the same as in your link in a pound shop.
Have a look next time you're in town. |

My local 99p shops (both of which used to be Woolworths) now stock a 17-piece set of jeweller's screwdrivers comprising 3 hex nut drivers (3.0mm, 4.0mm & 5.0mm), 3 hexagonal, 5 slotted and 5 crosspoint drivers complete with a small tommy bar for use with the 3 hexagonal drivers.
Understandably, you don't get the best quality items for 99p but, with a bit of care, it is possible to pick out a near-perfect set (the set I bought has one slotted driver with a loose shaft). Importantly, the 5.0mm nut driver in question is fit for purpose! |

I bought another set of these today to get a replacement for the slotted driver with the loose shaft.
That means I now have a spare set of 3.0mm, 4.0mm & 5.0mm nut drivers. Anyone want them? Oh, and this time I scanned the set before I opened them. They're not the best quality, as you can see, but it's not a bad set for 99p. |

Thanks but I was able to get a similar set from Wilkinson for £1 in March. Anyone else?
