Drawn Beast 2 map in ACE

I remember a hand-drawn map for Shadow of the Beast 2 which I though was printed in ACE around Christmas 1991. I remember it well because I cut it out and had it stuck on my wall for ages. It had tips written on it as well which pretty much made it a complete solution as it had answers to all the puzzles.
But now the recent update has these issues I have looked through them all and can't find it... so maybe I was wrong about it being in ACE. does anyone know where this map actually appeared?

Also, where are these ACE scans coming from? the reason I ask is that I noticed another mag site (old-computer-mags.com) has scans of ACE as well, but different issues than the ones you have put online... are these scans coming from the same source? If not you could probably join forces with those guys and save yourself some scanning time.
They seem to have early issues and AMR seems to have late issues for some reason, which is what makes me think it is unlikely they are coming from the same source, but I could be wrong...

Our source for ACE scans is mainly Mort's scans (which are used with his permission), although I scanned the reviews from all the issues I own. The focus on later issues is due to Amiga coverage being greater.

There was a complete solution to SOTB2 in ACE, but by that time they weren't hand drawing solutions.

You're not thinking of the CU Amiga-64 solution for SOTB1 are you?

The only hand drawn SOTB map I've seen was in Your Sinclair

I actually remember having these maps also

Don't think it was ACE though...

From memory the 2 page spraed (possibly 4) was on dark grey background, I don't think the maps were hand drawn though, they were in full colour and as you say there were parts with solutions to the puzzles which were screenshots.

That could be the one I was thinking of, Damien. Funny, I have been certain all this time that it was ACE, and as soon as those updates went on AMR I looked for it. I guess memory strange things after (nearly) 20 years.

Does anyone know where scans of the rest of the mags are hosted (if anywhere?) apart from old-computer-mags and AMR?

@jamielemon; my memory isn't the greatest either after 15+ years

It may well be ACE, that just don't seem to rings any bells though.

I would have been a young lad living at home with my parents in Sydney, Australia at the time when I saw this walkthrough.

No there wasn't a map in ACE for Beast 2. I actually have the 1st part of the walkthrough sitting right here in front of me, and its just a written guide with a few screenshots.. the 2nd part is stored in another copy of ACE though at my mums place.
