WinUAE in fullwindow @4K, tiny mousepointer

I'm running my Amiga environment in a fullwindow on my 4K monitor (the Amiga resolution is still pretty low, but running UAE-screenmodes). However, the Amiga sprite/mousepointer is so tiny. Is there a setting for this perhaps to make it bigger?
But when I'm running AsmOne in a MULTISCAN-screenmode, the pointer has a good size.
