@DrBong Thank you. Sorry no preordering for several reasons in reality. We sell the physical game packs via eBay for one reason, and that also has a limited preordering facility amongst other reasons to do with actually making the physical versions. We will try to meet any demand. If we are fortunate enough to sell out we will make more of course.

@Preseda I went the plush toy route once in the past. Lets just say whilst a nice idea, I never want to walk that path again

@Kriz Thank you. Yes not too long now. Also yes the previous physical titles are back in stock now although in limited quantity currently.

You're haunted by a plush toy horror story too, eh? I think we can all relate. Make sure you keep your closet door nailed shut at all times and never let your guard down.

Oh, and good luck with the release. I'm sure it'll be a big success.

Are the re-runs on USB stick only? The ebay page just shows a USB stick and no 3.5" disk?

Yes USB only on those now but with disk labels as stated. Our previous supplier is now out of disks and they are geting silly prices elsewhere.

Wiz (2 disk game) will use up the last 200+ disks we have then it's all USB after that and make your own from the ADF's supplied on the USB stick etc. or even use a GoTek perhaps.

Thanks

I was just angling for an advance copy, in jest, for HOL team members (myself, in particular)!! Unless I fall asleep at the wheel on Dec 5, I don't anticipate any problem nabbing a copy of Wiz from the first batch that goes live on Ebay....just as I did for the recent re-releases of your old Mutation games back in March.

What did you mean exactly in the last sentence above in bold type?

I can confirm that we'll be moving the release date of Wiz to November 7th as we have some concerns about obtaining further component parts that make up the physical versions for Christmas holiday season... that and ever expanding covid restrictions.

Nice one Adrian! I should be able to have the game land in Oz well in time for Christmas now. Australia Post here have started warning us already that there will be much greater delays on Christmas deliveries (especially from abroad) due to the COVID-19 situation, so have urged peeps to start making those online Christmas orders now.

@DrBong Regards disks, our supply has almost run out and buying them in bulk is too expensive and difficult to source good quality NOS DS/DD disks. Our previous supplier of quality bulk disks can't get any more.

Yes without doubt it's mostly the same engine. I had planned to return to Amiga early in 2020 but the amount of work required to create Wiz in a year for December 2020 release required that I reused some parts of the older code. Also I'd not really done any 68K asm code for about 23 years until 2020, so I needed to relearn some things all over again having not long coming off Z80 asm based retro projects. Not too hard in reality but they are not the same cpu animal no.
From recent interview with Adrian.
