Searching an editor without dependencies
Hi all, I am looking for an editor which doesn't need dependencies to use on a BootWB1x Disk.
Maybe you have a suggestion for me. Info about BootWB1x Disk: https://aminet.net/package/disk/misc/BootWB1x |

I just tried it and Redit 2.0 works for me. I also tried JanoEditor but it causes a crash.

Doh you are correct I was trying it with an old version: 1.8 and that needs mathieeedoubbas.library
Thanks for checking and pointing it out! |

Old versions of DME should be pretty minimal in dependencies. I see the one on fish 113 is the last one that requires icon.library as the only disk based library.
https://www.amiga-stuff.com/pd/fish.html It is not user friendly in the way that it shows the key commands, but you could include the documentation on the disk. Last edited by Jope; 03 November 2021 at 09:39. |
