Chinon FZ-354 (A1200 floppy drive) with Catweasel MK4

EDIT: It works!
I changed the DS jumper from DS0 to DS1, then I set "diskchange=0" in the CW config. Now it writes disks with no problem. Cool!

EDIT2: It will only write disks, if I try to read them then every second track won't get read...

Is this possible? I want to use it with Catweasel MK4 because I have no other floppy drives atm, also I guess it would be the ultimate drive for writing Amiga disks?
I connected the drive, but it acts funny. cw_config.exe thinks I have two drives connected and it does some weird things when I try to write a disk. No sectors get written properly and it seems to have some timing issues. The drive works perfectly fine in the Amiga 1200.
Yes, I do have the latest Catweasel MK4 drivers installed - on Windows XP 32-bit. I've tried to swap PCI slot too.

Do I need to fiddle with the drive jumpers on the back? Currently it was taken from an A1200, so I guess it's in "Amiga" mode?

The Catweasel MK4 is a programmable PC floppy drive controller.

The problems you are experiencing arise because of the incompatibility of Amiga and PC floppy drives, jumper settings notwithstanding.
