A few for me but im sure theres more

1. LED Storm Cack game but the music ohh so good
2. Deflektor, if youve not played it try it, a great PD puzzle game.
3. Bloodmoney Intro
4. Turrican.
5. Exon 2 Best shoot up for me on Amiga

Well as you werent being Amiga specific it has to be Jurrasic Park on the NES, the music was so catchy I have the mp3 in my car!

Most of the amiga examples:
Ultima, classic themes
Druid2 (Fairlight) I still play that one now and then..not sure where the nostalgia ends and the tune begins.
Lemmings, i like the taxing lev 1 tune, (the only original tune?) but all of them together makes it stand out.
Battlesquadron, the essential chip+synth hybrid

Some others:
Mario bros, anyone who doesn't love super mario bros?
Outrun, arcade
Daytona, daaayytooonaaa.. ok, it's more fun then good.
Homeworld 2, this one should have silenced all the "debate" about "CD games" killing good music.
Baldurs gate 2, the same composer has made a lot of great game music.
