Re-Configuring Picasso96
I have Picasso96 configured to use my Retina Z3 graphics card,but what would i need to do to install a different graphics card,like a Picasso IV ?

Basically you can use the same settings, if they fit. And if some setting is unsuitable, the software asks, if it should be disabled. I have used the same settings for PicassoIV and CV3D and even PicassoII+ (with care, only 8bit settings didn't make PII+ to cough, others were far too high). I think PIV and Z3 are quite similar kHz/MHz-wise.

I think it would be better to uninstall p96 and re-intall it with the new card... or even do an installation on top...

But if you have lots of created modes as I had, it's quite jobby - all kinds of 320x200, 320x400, 640x400, 480x360, 960x720 etc etc for games.

Save the "Picasso96Settings" file. IIRC it is in Devs. Then install P96 for the new gfx card and restore the settings file. Open Picasso96Mode, choose "attach settings to" from the menu and select your new gfx card.
Didn't try it myself, but it *should* work. |
