How to remove badge from A1200 case?
I have two A1200 cases which I want to retro bright. One has a commodore badge, the other has an A-Technology badge. How do I go about removing the badge before I wash and apply retro bright? I can see there is a hole in the back but if I press there I am pretty sure I will just have the screw pop out through the badge.

Found this on another site;
"The label is quite hard and solid. I always push with a dull screwdriver or similar from the back of the chassis. There is a small hole there that you can use to push the label up a bit so that you can get a scalper or other sharp object under it from the top. Then I push from behind and lift from the front at the same time." I think for the commodore badge makes sense, it does feel hard. The Amiga Technology one is like a sticker. |

In the past I have used an hairdryer to carefully warm up the badge just enough to soften the glue a bit, then use a stick to poke into the hole at the back.
I always have the problem of where to put the badge so it does not collect hair or fluff though lol |
