Hmm, this is a Tetris by Spectrum Holobyte.
Since you once told me that you know the Spectrum Holobyte version and since I don't think Spectrum Holobyte did 2 different Tetris games I don't think this is the one you are looking for.

But that's just my guess.
Please don't lynch me if it is indeed the version you are lookin for

I only know of one Spectrum Holobyte version. I have in adf and original versions. I have on my legendary TODO list to go through all of my Tetris disks for you.

BTW: Do you have the Tetris Mania compact? I suppose I should just do a bloody Tetris flood.

There are two Spectrum Holobyte Tetris games.

One is Tetris: The Soviet Challenge by Infogrames and Spectrum Holobyte.

Well, technically, there's more than two Spectrum Holobyte Tetris games, as evidenced above. I meant there was only one game with the name TETRIS from SH that I was aware of. And Super Tetris is certainly anything but rare. BTW, I think I have originals of all of the above except for the Mirrorsoft one. Did you forget Tetris II from Mirrorsoft?

Twist, I dare claim that there IS NO TETRIS II from Mirrorsoft.

I dug into my ADFs and I did find a Tetris II but I think this second part isn't originally published but it was instead a modified version by some cracking group, taking Mirrorsoft Tetris as a basis.

NOTE: If someone has another "Tetris II" version, please post it. Thanks!

@Andreas
You're probably right on this one. I couldn't really remember much about the game, other than the fact that it's on that Tetris compilation I have. I haven't even booted the disk in ages, I just remember making a note that the game was on there with the Mirrorsoft logo.

Rude Tetris was a pretty poor hack. And far from erotic. I even went in once and modified it with actual pretty girls once (with images that weren't dithered with pixels that look like newspaper print!) But it was just to prove how easy it was to do. I didn't even keep it.

OK, so as soon as you get to it, please fire it up, and if it's indeed different, upload it. This would come in interesting if it's in fact a different version.
