Try this one...
I try to tell everything I remember:
The Title Screen shows a shuttle bay of a space station from isometric view (from the ceiling to the ground). You could see several ships (all the same?) and I THINK they were white. On the left you could see the open gate to space. When you started the game you controlled a guy in a spacesuit. You could walk all directions, but it didn't scroll. When you reached the border of the screen it showed the next..."room". I think there were elevators to reach the above and lower platforms...was there also a jetpack ? hmmm..... You didn't die when you hit an enemy, but it made a strange sound...remember the horn of the truck in Major Motion ? Something similiar. I'm sorry about those vague descriptions but I played it the last time when I was around 7 years old. It was one of my first games, together with OutRun,LEDStorm and GianaSisters. Anyways, hopefully someone can help. |

It sounds like Space Station released by Paradox Software in 1986. Have a look at screenshots from the Atari ST version here:
http://uvl.arteh.com/gameinfo/39334 There's also a WHDLoad installer for the game. |

There ought to be an extra addition to the EAB rules. Please refrain from referring to Amiga games as "roms". Anyone breaking this rule shall be punished by Akira & Bub the Zombie!!

Juppie ! THAT'S THE GAME ! Thankyouthankyouthankyou.
EDIT: Hmmm, probably I'm too stupid, but where do I find this game ? It isn't included in the TOSEC database, is it ? Last edited by Konrad; 08 October 2002 at 12:51. |

Now that you found out the name for me...could you please tell me where to get this game ? It isn't included in the TOSEC database, is it ? Till now I was unable to find this game, but I'll keep trying.

I'm sure it is, but I imagine it's only on a compact and I really don't know jack about the compacts. I just found a copy in my non-TOSEC dir, so I'm upping it to the Zone.
NOTE: I moved your request from that new thread to this one to keep things tidy. |
