SuperFrog - Jump Problem
Hi all.
Playing SuperFrog in WinUAE. Problem:To jump high on the bouncy springy platforms you have to hold down when you land on the bouncy springy platform. But it doesn't always work. I don't recall this ever being a problem on my real (long gone) Amigas. Has anyone else come across this? Thanks, Brian |

the platform gives you the chance to jump as high as you need without pressing your joystick down or up.
there is no need to jump higher than higher |

Hmmm. Something funny going on so. I'll report back with a specific example where I can't jump high enough using the platform to seek further assistance.
Thanks! Brian |

OK - Level 1 - 1
The first springy platform you come across. If I jump on it I can collect everything I can't get up and over to the grass platform on the top left of the top of my jump - I just can't jump high enough Any ideas? Thanks! |

please refer to http://hol.abime.net/2223/gamemap
is it the one with the sun ? if so you might want to turn right first while using the platform in order to get the wings once you collected them try flying from the right platform to the left by jumping (once) and pressing fire continuosly (or using autofire) hopefully this isn't too confusing please let me know if it helped you Last edited by sareks; 08 March 2007 at 00:57. |

As far as I remember there are two levels of difficulty in Superfrog. I think that NORMAL gives a little less time to finish the level and makes the frog to jump lower. In cases like yours (probably playing in NORMAL mode) you have to think of another route getting somewhere where spring does not let you. Sareks gave you example how you should get on the first platform you can't reach. I bet that when you change difficulty level on EASY Sareks' advise will not be necessary.
