Does Major Motion ever end?

I've had this game since before the Berlin wall fell and I havent finished it yet. Not for lack of trying though.

Seriously, does the game ever end or what?

No, repeats after about 30 minutes play. No idea why they bothered mapping out the second half of the game as no human player would ever get that far without cheats.

During play, type " TURBO TIMOTHY PURVES" (two spaces before TURBO and two spaces in between the words). Now use the following keys:

'F5'____________________Adds weapons to your arsenal.
'F6'__________________________________Infinite lives.
'F7'_____Cars with bladed wheels can't knock you off.
'F8'______________Invincible to the heli's droppings.
'F9'___________________________Invincible to the jet.
'F10'_______________________________Restart music on.

Pleh! Thats what I was afraid off. I remember always giving up sooner or later. (My version had a built in trainer so I could play indefinitely).
For some reason I always came back and tried again :P

Anyhoo! Thx for the cheats

Did you ever get to the part where the road zigzags and is icy at the same time? Absolutely impossible that bit IMO. I usually lose five lives at each one of those sections.

Tsik tsik! Not impossible at all . I just discovered that you can play this game with a MOUSE . Makes abit easier bumping enemy cars off-road and avoiding those nasty spiked cars. Very nice game for its time and I still play it (without cheats - shame on you cheaters )!

Additional tip!
You can use joystick & mouse together for extra control and bump power! There's a little bug in the game though: it's more effective to bump to the left than to the right.

edit: made Mantis bugreport...

That is an excellent tip, I've had that game for over 20 years and never knew about that!

Neither did I
Now the game is more enjoyable, and I get my revenge on the arrogant cpu cars at last after years of frustration!

Made through the game (though it starts all over)!
Final score 132,806
You can actually dodge the fighter jets missile with mouse+joystick combination if you time it correctly
