Powerplay: The Game Of The Gods - Greek version
Although HOL does not mention it, Powerplay: The Game Of The Gods had an official version in Greek. I recently found it again and I would be greatful if CFou or someone else could write a patch for this rare gem.

Quick question out of curiosity: what is the text in the middle of the screenshot (what starts with Greek looking like EAAHNIKEE) saying?
Is it the translation of the name of the game in Greek? A subtitle? Or is it some of the game options/menu (never played the game so I don't know if there is other text that comes on the title screen or not) |

It says:
GREEK QUESTIONS Tina Karayanni (a woman's name) |

Alkis, you recently found it? (I bet you were busy with Kick Off stuff mate)
I had this game in the early 90s, play with other friends in your native language was really a brilliant experience. |

Is it a dump of the original disk?
I mean: is it protected with some codes or similar (have you the manual?) ? You talked about a possible help patching it by CFOU... |

No codes, no cracktro. It's an ADF but I don't think it's any different than the original, which is probably extremely rare these days (the Greek version).

Thx a lot for sharing it Alkis.
I wish we could save some more Greek translated games of the old times I'm still searching for the Artificial Intelligence program that I had as original back then |

I have it - the artificial intelligence EYFYIA as we called it- but unfortunately the disk is not loading well. In fact, i have it on two disks, but still cannot load it. Anywayz, i'm happy to share the disks if anyone wishes to rescue them somehow - just P.M

That would be great to share "other_reality".
Can you make an ADF of these disks with tsgui and share? |

I have today been contacted by PM asking if perchance I have a copy of the artificial intelligence program EYFYIA (the correspondent was not a contributor to this thread).
Unfortunately, I don't have it. other_reality did not reply to my PM, so I have not had the opportunity to recover the program from his disks - despite my offer to return the disks to him free of charge for safekeeping whether I succeeded or not! |

Hello again, @prowler i'm really sorry I havent answered your P.M, i went through a lot during those days and kinda lost track of my conversations. I read it, then somehow i left it there on the bottom of my inbox The reason was me moving to a new house (and many more that followed that one).
The other thing is that i have succesfully loaded one of the two disks, and the disk is indeed working. The test was done on an A500, the other tests were done an an 4000T and cd32 with wfsi floppy (using relokicks etc). Problem is I only have the 500 readily available and can't make an ADF. Anyone in Athens willing to take the disk and make adf's or just keep a copy is fine with me. Otherwise i can make a copy and send prowler the actual disk. EDIT: Arghhh....Starting to get old, i actually made one adf when I had my 4000T up and running and not in the storage. And had it on my old-trusty amiga backup disc. Here it is : http://www41.zippyshare.com/v/8294790/file.html The disk needs to be Write enabled, and needs Kickstart 1.3, else wont load Last edited by other_reality; 22 February 2014 at 17:57. |

Thanks a lot other_reality (+prowler), it's really a blast from the past, works great and already got some mind-blowing answers!
You mention two disks: is the other one the same program? |
