Gods Treasure Chest

hi fellow gods player`s

i have been trying for years to open the treasure chest in the treasure room at the end off world 1 in level 2,
the chest is to the left of the exit door by lever 6,
before you end world 1.
i have tried every combination of keys and switches but still cannot open the darn thing.
has anyone succeded in opening this chest? if so please put me out of my misery

but no info on solving this 1

maybe the combination was in the manual or on the box?

You can't open chests with lever combinations but with a chest key, just look out for one in l2w1.

there are 2 gold keys in level 2 world 1 .
you get the the 1st key by killing the 2 monsters from the steps so long as you have 3 lives or more and the 2nd is between the chest and the exit door in the treasure room. lever 6,
i have left the 1st key on the floor before the gold chest outside the treasure room lever 5, dropped down into the room and tried this gold key nothing
brought it backup to the gold chest outside the treasure room it opens this chest, collected the other gold key took it down to the gold chest by the exit door and it still wont open it

i have tried this with 2 differant sets off gods discs with the same problem
and i have scoured the manual and both sites and there forums for any clue`s

so has ANYONE managed to open this gold chest

There're three chests in l2w1: iron, bronze and gold. the chest outside the treasure room is the golden one, the chest inside the treasure room is the bronze -> so you'll need the bronze key. It is true that there're two golden chest keys if you've missed the highest room on the map where the 1st gold key (the one from the steps) was swapped with the bronze key.

thats the chest i have been trying to open where do i find the bronze key ????

i get the gold key at the steps and another gold key from the thief which triggers traps throughout this world.
it looks like a gold key right where your standing in the treasure room by the door there are 2 iron keys i cant find this bronze key

i have tried swapping the keys makes no differance

ok here it is?
the gold key from the centurions opens the gold chest outside the treasure room as does the gold key from the treasure room but they both will not open the bronze chest.

the key at the top of the room through the door by lever 1 opens the iron chest you get from the wall monster, the key at the top off the tower behind the trap on your left also opens the iron chest, both will not open the bronze chest.
the only other 2 keys left are the world and treasure room keys.
so is there a hidden bronze key somewhere else that i cannot find ??

if you follow the route described in the walkthrough exactly, the gold key from the centurions will be swapped for the bronze key...because having TWO gold keys for ONE gold chest is pretty useless, but a hint that you've missed something. the keys will be swapped in the room high above the second secret switch (switch X2 on the map).
look at the screenshot, you can see the bronze key behind the gold bags.

i got the key combination sorted yesterday morning after accidently taking the gold key with me, as i usualy leave it on the floor after killing the thief just in case it gets dropped somewhere i cant get it again.

btw i have got my highest score aswell 11m + almost made it through round 4

got pics will have to sort out how to resize & upload them?
