Best Amiga Multiplayer Game : The "FINAL" Final!
Right. Nothing won by 'two clear votes' so it's a face off between the two highest voted games.
Vote away! (Remember, this is multiplayer, not single player. If you've never played a friend or enemy at either of these games then please, don't vote!) |

Speedball 2 is great but I think Worms just edges it as a multi player game...

Well... whadyaknow, Worms made the cut.
In order to decide which of the final two I should vote for.... I based it on graphics, playability, longevity, elasticity (thatll be for worms stretching that one), and sfx.... the first three categories drew 1-1, but for sfx and the crazy sounds: 10-1 to Worms. But I DO like Speedball 2 too. Damn - be great if the draw was stalemate heh heh. |

So, does this poll have to be decided by 2 clear votes as well?

Well, I think everyone can pull their own conclusion.
If a game wins by one vote, it's almost 'as good as' a draw. |

My mates and I never like speedball II as a multiplayer game, it was just too annoying when it switched control over to the goalkeeper just as you were about to slide in with a defender and instead of knocking the guy out you dive your goalkeeper out of the way of the ball and its a goal. Worms had much more variation too, giving it much more replay value. Using the shove attack to kill an opponents worm total humiliation. How ever if this was for single player games I would have voted the other way around.

Worms 1 was fun, but I still prefer Worms 4. I guess its because the worms have facial expressions that makes it more enjoyable.
