Thanks! That’ll come eventually, for sure. So many configurations I'd be curious as to real world performance. |

Looking good and I think it's fine for you to target which ever system you want! It's great when things work on A500s but doesn't mean everything has to.
Looking forward to seeing this in action. |

I won’t use inline images as they’re multiple MB each, here are some gifs I made for sharing to social media. They’re a bit jerkier than it is in practice so video will be better. A little of how combat works at the start of the game: http://mixelmagic.com/Amiga/EAB/Gotmoves.gif Clearing blocks.. (I may have borrowed this mechanic from turrican, haha) http://mixelmagic.com/Amiga/EAB/clearblocks.gif Drip damage. http://mixelmagic.com/Amiga/EAB/driponhead.gif Thank you! |

Wow!
Now that I've seen it in motion, I can tell you it's a very ambitious, big project! |

Here’s a preview of some of the cast (some are likely not to appear), and there’s still a lot to add..
And there’s a bug... both WIP. Last edited by Mixel; 04 February 2024 at 00:34. |

Implemented platforms that slide in and out... and lots of minor enemy behaviour.
Next job is to make the gameover screen, respawn points, etc.. finish the second map, the tutorial section, and 2 sub-levels, then music.. then the demo will be done! .... Ok that’s a lot of things. Waiting for the right time to show off some features.. but here’s a video of times platforms.. https://twitter.com/MFDawes/status/1356357814667665412 Right now by far the most time consuming part is making the maps. |

This might be a game over screen but it also might be animated and she might be scarier looking. It also might get entirely replaced as I go for something less trippy.

Thanks! I hope to reach the point where it feels like a game when you’re playing it and not just a bunch of “not quite connected together” parts very soon.
TY! I duplicate a lot between the different places so oops if I seem a bit spammy. Thanks both! It’s really encouraging when people like the weirder stuff, makes it a really freeing project to work on. Today I’ve been working on shooting pipes, which might also double up if I ever need flying/engine thrusters, but also some environmental hazard things and effects. |

But I'll do a "second look" video soon with some of the new things I'm working on once the second main level is a bit better decorated. Thank you! Music is going to add a lot too, I think. Assuming i dont completely mess it up, haha. |
