re-tacking the serial number tag to motherboard
For some odd reason after being stored in 100% humidity in a 190 degree garage for the last 20 years, the serial number tag feel off my Rock Lobster board.
I'd like to take it back in place, but looking for advice as to an adhesive that won't attack the silk screen on the PCB. |

Use some double-sided mounting film intended for artwork. It usually comes as a flat sheet with removable film on both sides. Remove film on one side, put your clean paper on top of it. Carefully cut around the paper. When you remove the film from the other side you have a sticker that can be applied to any clean surface and it will be hard to tell that it ever came off.
