Yes I'm playing on Master now - its still mind-numbingly easy, only enemies take longer to die.
Both Torchlight 2 and Diablo 3 fail to impress for the same reason in my opinion - lack of atmosphere and story. I mean even Diablo is in there as an afterthought. "Oh yeah the game is called Diablo, so lets just stick him in act 4 then and not give him all the epic attacks he had in Diablo 2 even though he is supposed to be a hundred times more dangerous now". |

I'm still playing bubble bobble a lot and I came across a item I've never seen before, I take it this was never on the amiga version. But I popped a red bubble which gives you fire shots for 5 levels. It must come about less often than halleys comet.

Just downloaded test drive unlimited 2 as I loved the first one. It's a bit disappointing as it doesn't even run very well on a fast pc and there's no force feedback! Talk about going backwards. Will persevere and see how it goes...

Haegemonia, as they have released it on Android.
Great game, I have the original PC game and bought the steam version. Just wish they had done Haegemonia 2, I ended up buying Solon Heritage, thinking it was number 2. Only to find out it was Multiplayer addon pack, . |

Doom 3 for about the umpteenth time! Still ticks the re-playability and dark ominous atmosphere boxes for me, oh, and the 'may need frequent changes of underwear' box too

Had the same problem: play the BFG edition and you'll finish it. Not happily as it is still nothing to do with the franchise (which Doom 4 is apparently going to rectify from what I've seen so far) and the same corridor after the same corridor, but it becomes very playable. And the DLC is a little more fun to play.

BFG edition just never felt the same as the original, didn't seem to play as good and the fact you can have the flashlight on AND shoot potentially takes all the fun/suspense away. That's where the original Doom 3 scores for me, not being able to use the flashlight when shooting just adds an extra level of urgency and keeps the suspense high as you fumble for the gun when something jumps out at you plunging you into either darkness or semi-darkness in a firefight, it really does make a difference to the atmosphere!

I'm working my way through Dragons Age: Inquisition on the PS4 and totally loving it.
However, I shoved the coverdisk demo of Legacy Of Sorasil into my A600 and have been playing the same quest over and over again with different characters... I think I'll dig out the full game again. |

Virocop AGA. I would like to beat that game once, but it is way too hard.

My current quest is to beat Magic Boy. Easy at first, then bullshit-grade unfair as soon as you get to the second world.

Battle Storm
Very addictive little shooter. I find it plays like a cool mixture between Uridium and Desert Strike. The fact is that it plays tons better than Amnios and Blastar.. two similar games which bombed. |

MAME Outrun. Geez. I used to be an expert at this game back in the day. Can't get past stage 3 after 10+ attempts so far. Out of practice or getting old? Heh heh.
