@Minuous:
Yes of course. I run rev2 for years and didn't noticed problems (at least no MuForce/MuGuardianAngel hits) but that doesn't mean there isn't one. At least I could try to reproduce known issues. It may also depend on used reqtools patch (buggy shall exists) or reqtools prefs?

Which version of diskfont.library should we use now. I have a 45.7 (26/01/02). I see that there was a 45.8 but it was removed. Is mine the latest safe to use version?

The suggested version is the official 45.3, thus diskfont.library is not updated by BB3&4. I haven't used 45.7. I found a copy but there is no changelog so I am not what the changes are compared to 45.3.

With that being said, I may have discovered a small bug in V46.4 related to the parsing of tooltypes. When I try to run Visage (which has quite a large number of tooltypes) I get an "Error parsing arguments - Object not found message". If I switch to an older version of icon.library it works just fine. I hope this info is helpful?

A tjhought: Can someone give us direct support for Windo$ icons (for WinUAE, and any future M$ fylesys) abd ditto Linux (FS/E-UAE)? And maybe support for those sysrtem's hard* and soft-links?

Windows Icons ".ICO" if they are in PNG format you can easily turn them into Amiga PNG Icons:

- Rename .ICO to .PNG
- Load .PNG to Graphic Editor and save in a new.PNG format
. Rename .PNG to .INFO

If you want to create a DualPNG just merge 2 PNG images or merge them with Glow effect with Icon Editor.

Why do you dig out an old bug report from SpeedGeek posted in May 2011 on #92?
That bug has already been fixed long ago:
http://eab.abime.net/showpost.php?p=...&postcount=133

No (such) problem ...

Direct support for Windows or Linux icons is not planned yet. Usually, the icon images are contained in the Windows executables in different sizes. Not worth all the trouble to parse these files. You can grab them with a Resource tool:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Resource_(Windows)
Sorry, the last link was broken. Fixed.

Thanks for mentioning BeCyIconGrabber too, AMIGASYSTEM.

Peter if it may interest you there are 2 useful applications:

BeCyIconGrabber -> Capture Icons from EXE PC and save them in different sizes

3StepIcon -> Edit or Create PC, Android and iOS Icons of different size

@honx:

It opens a WB window from CLI. With no arguments it opens the current directory, otherwise it opens the directory you specify.

Yes, V1.57 is the latest version.

I have just returned from holidays or would probably have noticed this sooner. It looks like most of the 1Emulation network is down at the moment. I will try to contact those guys, I guess they are aware of the problem though :-(

In the meantime I have uploaded a copy of the Releases Page and all its contents to my other site. The URL is http://amigan.yatho.com/rel/
