it's my opinion, and im sorry it hurts you so much, i guess you'll just have to live with it.

feel free to rant again -

you still arent changing what i think on it... as i said before, its quite normal for people to take my Mario / Nintendo dislike personally.... god knows why - people call the Speccy crap all the time, and i dont take it to heart, becasue i know they are wrong.

although you have made me remember that Superfrog was a pretty bad platforner, i still put GGS lower.

Tsk, I'm not taking it personally, I'm not a Nintendo fanboy. I'm just, you know, more objective apparently, 'cause instead of dismissing everyone else as "wrong", I take into consideration that people like different things.

And I can't see how Nintendo fanboys are any worse than any other fanboys. Fanboys are bad, regardless of the side they're supposedly "defending". If you go to a Nintendo-only forum, there'll be a lot more fanboys there, than a general gaming forum.

You say FF and Mario is bad, but I don't really care, 'cause I know you're wrong.

Beyond the Ice Palace - This game is previously cited here,

but this game appears to be a direct port from Amstrad CPC version,
also it contains only three levels (really two levels, due to second and third are almost identical)... it resembles a technical demo than a full game.

the main tune strangely plays like messed up after a while
it's like a part of the instruments goes out of tempo

not Amiga only referred btw, it's just how i perceive it, also on c64, ST etc

I would still go for Dennis being one of the worst

Another of a similar era as Thundercats and BTIP - Vixen. Sucked

Surprised nobody mentioned Misterious Worlds: music was cool (maniacs of noise), graphic too small (nice parallax on top though) and playability fuggeddaboutit! o_O (another fixed jump game btw)

It is not. Full of exploration. But I agree levels are way too big.

Nicky Boom 1 is indeed a pretty nice exploring platformer. Much better than part 2.
