Importing into Imagine 4.0's Spline Editor?
Hi all,
Having figured out how to import any font into Imagine's Spline Editor (use FontForge to re-encode it to AdobeStandard and generate a binary Postscript font [.pfb]; uncheck Validate [because most errors are still fine] and don't make any changes to the font even if it's requested), my next quest is to be able to import vector art work, such as logos, etc. I know I can embed a vector file as a glyph in a font, and so far that seems to be the "easiest" way to get vector art into Imagine's Spline editor, but is there another way? Thanks! SV P.S. - The Imagine 3.0 manual and Imagine Companion are both available on eBay US right now, if anyone has a scanner and the interest. |
