What should I do next ? Please vote...
Well, I've done a small poll to see what you think what I should disassemble and extend as next CARE project. Don't expect too much and be patient. This project takes much time and CARE releases will be rare but the project forges ahead.
Of course I'm always susceptive for suggestions. So I would be happy about a bustling voting and some comments, thanks ! Stunt Car Racer (already done, look here, please vote for the others if you still want to) For me a very good game. New tracks would be very interesting. This is simply a great fun game. It still makes fun to play this game after many years. But a little bit more diversification would be nice, so... vote for it ! Little Computer People Must I say something ? If there is a real classic game out there then it's LCP. Some new GFX and more functions would be necessary, I think. If you think so, too, campaign for it ! The Great Giana Sisters This jump'n'run fascinated me in my childhood (in particular the title screen ). I think I (and most of you) already know all the levels so some more of these (maybe with editor) would be interesting ! Choose it... Pirates! Whow, what a game. I played it for many weeks and it's never getting boring but what about a new map with new cities and a map editor ? In this game are many capabilities ! My favourite with the biggest motivation. Give it a try... Last edited by AmiGer; 05 October 2005 at 09:00. |

My vote is for Stunt Car Racer.
But from a technical perspective (and thinking of AmiGer) I'm happy to change my vote to Great Giana Sisters, cause out of them all that is the one I'd have the least fear of trying to enhance |

I'd go for Stunt Car Racer - new tracks would be great. And as it has parellel support it would be handy for any future online gaming.

I voted LCP, would be great to have new kits of guys, mascots and scenery. What about making a LCP designer in front of teh game? BEfore starting up you create your little person and all related to it.

Yeah, LCP.
I love that game. The elegant original design means all the action takes place on a single screen, and the commands are in effect modular - you could add more and more as time went on. /me looks forward to his LCP playing drunk Twister with the neighbours Neat. |

Stunt Car Racer - new tracks would be great! Got my vote.
Little Computer People - good for me as it is The Great Giana Sisters - not really my kind of game Pirates! - excellent game, but I hardly see any room for improvement |

If anything was done to LCP, it should at the very least be brought up the standard of the C64 disk version. The Amiga one is absolute wank in comparison.

I didn't expect that Stunt Car Racer is such a popular game. I thought Pirates! would be a lonesome winner here but SCR is indeed a great game. It seems I will concentrate on these two games in the near future but feel free to vote if you haven't already...

All those games are a worthwhile cause, but Stunt Car Racer would benefit so much from extra tracks. I'm not surprised it's a popular choice - the original game is still unique in may respects and linkup play was so much fun with friends - my very first experience of semi-LAN type gaming parties took place playing this!
Plus it'll be fun seeing you come up with a new track layout. |

I never liked Frontier - Elite II. So it's improbable that I will change it but maybe somebody else... ? Furthermore Elite is a game of the same genre. And now I want to do something else.
However, the next releases are planned... One will be a stunt car racing simulator and the other is about a carribean pirate. So I act upon the community... |
