With XoXo you can decrunch and analyze files, intros, demos, trackloaded disks and diskimages. You can also scan memory and rip content from there. And probably also savestates but I did not yet try that.

The builtin hex/asc monitor, disassembler (Thor) and planeviewer (see memory as a bitplane) aid you in doing that. Further you can search for text or specific long/word/byte values and de/code things with EOR.

And everything can be automatically checked for viruses using xvs.library.

I get guru if run any with AmiKit.

You can try "oxtestclass <name of class>", e.g. "oxtestclass button" to check a particular class. if they all do not seem to work then the bug is elsewhere. I tried it with amikit here and it worked. I am also trying it with OS 4+ frequently. When it works there, it is very surely flawless.

I only had little trouble using your file-requester window, sometimes it wouldn't go in directories properly and kept reloading the main dir (some "reject" message?)

An update (version 0.6.4) is now downloadable from a link in the first post in this thread. It has many improvements and fixes in the GUI core. Please tell me if the issue is fixed.

Please run XoXo from the place whereto you extracted the archive. Mixing installed lib version and files will not work.

Impressive work. It is really nice and faaaaaast... I opened a folder with 186 files, and it shows the list instantly... Also the copy is really fast...
I found a couple of problems.

- If I open a list of the filemanager, and press the icon with the CD it works great. If I then open a new one, without close the first one, and click on the CD icon, then the filemanager's window crash. This happened even when I clicked the icon with the arrow that points North East. I can open new filemanagers, but they are not usable and empty.

- I tries to copy a folder with many files to RAM, but when the space was full, a requester came up informing about the lack of space. Unfortunately, the copy requester couldn't stop the copy, freezing the filemanager, keeping it unusable.

The work you do is great. Keep it up...

Thanks. I changed something in the filemanager class (attached). Partially copied file will now be removed before showing the error window, so that there is more free ram for the window. Please put the class that is in the zipfile into the libs/ox subdir of the XoXo folder and try again to fill up your ram. The other problem does not appear in winuae here, however something similar happens in fs-uae. Which environment did/do you use to run XoXo? You can also try to start the filemanagers independently from XoXo with the little added tool "Tasko". Maybe then the problem goes away?

Only a super fast test on A1200 040 3.1 where I get MuForce hits when starting xoxo. Some pt_replay reference if I remember right. You or someone else should do some enforcer tests.
