Mouse Pointer ( No Longer Applicable )
Whilst awaiting a reply for E-UAE I thought I would have a go at Winuae in Parallels 7.
I have manged to get something basic working, Dungeon Master to be precise, it all loads and runs OK but the mouse pointer is all over the place I have no control of it at all in the Winuae window. Pointer in fullscreen is OK. EDIT : Sorry if you are reading this, but I have decided to and have removed Parallels from my machine, I have bootcamp so will give Winuae a go in there at some point. This is the usual problem with virtual machines, emulators (and games) require relative mouse movement values but any kind of virtual machine desktop integration (mouse moves transparently between host and vm) feature converts them to absolute movement.
Switching mouse type in GamePorts panel to something else than "Windows mouse" may fix it but it is also possible there are no other mouse options available in this situation. For non-game use you can enable WinUAE "virtual mouse driver" option but it won't work with any non-system friendly game. |
