Updated configuration file for Aladdin [AGA] that works in both v4.4.0 and v4.5.0 beta 13...

So, just download / extract the following archive into "C:\WinUAE"

Here is the 100% / One Disk (Galahad @ Scoopex) / Trained (Alpha One @ Flashtro) version of Stryx

So, please do the following:
  • Delete the <gamedir> "C:\WinUAE\Games\Stryx".
  • Download / extract this archive into "C:\WinUAE".

Are you talking about the "Amiga Games by Luca Carminati"? i.e. https://lowcarb.itch.io/amiga-games-pack

If so, ransom1122 already pointed me to that a month or so back...

Out of the 5 x .ADFs, I already have 2 of them in my collection (highlighted in bold):
  • Croins.adf
  • HyperViper.adf
  • Kangy.adf
  • Marietto.adf
  • Slalom Speciale.adf
I will look at the other 3 sometime soon

Cheers my friend

Yeah, the MAC games I include are usually pretty unique, and cool to have a play on; without having to learn how to setup a MAC emulator

There's maybe only 2 x other MAC games that I might add in future:

Who knew that an Amiga emulator, emulating an Amiga, emulating a Mac would be so quick lol. How has no one built a Mac emulator from winaue?

Oh, and maybe these to complete the series:
...but "Nova" won't work on MAC OS 7.5.5, so would need to install 8.1 (which I haven't done as yet).

Quickie Damien - just looking a that mac site with games you linked above.

Do you go through these - look at what interesting before you include in your collection? Do they have to meet certain parameters to be emulated in WinUAE? Most likely releases prior to 2000 for example?

Was just having a mooch at the site and some intersting games on there, i.e. Postal

I am interested in this argument

How we can consider the results of an emulator under another emulator ?

Sufficient, good or what else ?

To be honest, no I haven't really trawled through Macintosh Garden to see what games are available / would be cool.

The ones that have been included so far were picked by wairnair in this thread: Mac titles for CD32 via Shapeshifter?

...and then I've added a few others which are sequels i.e. Alone in the Dark 2 & 3 and The Settlers II - Veni, Vidi, Vici.

Hmmm, usually I'll just download and then try

...but I guess any games that are for MAC OS 7.x run very well indeed

Looking some more, there are actually 5 x games in the series:
Unfortunately with "3D Ultra Pinball: Thrillride", I can't get the .toast image to mount in "Basilisk II for Windows" or "Shapeshifter" via WinUAE.

Haven't tried the other 4 x games yet though.

"3D Ultra Pinball: Fastest Pinball in Space" and "3D Ultra Pinball: Creep Night" work fine is Basilisk II for Windows, so I'd imagine should also work in Shapeshifter

The later ones requires a PowerPC though so...
