Probably from a CU Amiga cover CD. IIRC you needed a serial code/password or similar to unlock the cover CD version.
Edit: Version confirmed by Electroblaster's archive description in the Zone. |

Ignore what I said. The thing that was eluding my memory about the CU Amiga version is that it's V1.0. There was a special offer in that issue to upgrade to V2.0 and to buy some gfx & sound add-on disks, which I don't think I've ever come across. Do you or anyone else reading know anything about them?
