I got a reply from Retro platform Amiga Forever and apparently first time buyers are not eligible for a lifetime upgrade license.

Are lifetime upgrades available for both products I ordered and if so how
much would it cost to upgrade? This is basically what I thought I was buying in the first place.

As per my previous mail, all our licenses are "lifetime" in the sense that unlike some products from others, they don't "expire" (like a subscription).

The "Lifetime Upgrades" bundle includes C64 Forever and Amiga Forever. But it is not available on a first sale (which I think was your case), only as an upgrade. If we release a new major version, you would get that offer.

Having said that, your satisfaction is my priority, so if the procedure did not meet your expectations, we'll work to find a solution.
