DiskImage & ImageMount issue under Amiga 3.1

DiskImage and ImageMount are 2 fantastic and problem free tools for mounting ADFs, ISO and HDF images on your Amiga. They both work fine on all my installations except my 3.1. The GUI requester appears fine and asks you for the ADF file you want to mount. After choosing the file i get the attached error and everything stops there and the image is not being mounted

Any idea about what is causing this?

Try to copy the program files and verify that "diskimage.device" is the same one included in the archive. "DiskImageGui.lha".

What AMIGASYSTEM said. As I recall, there are two different diskimage.device device files out there, and the one that doesn't come with DiskImageGUI will not work with it.

Yes there are two versions of diskimage.device that belong to two different softwares and are incompatible with each other.

Hi there again

I did copy all program files that come with diskimagegui but I still have the same issue. Just to make sure I copied all files included in folder C: , Devs: , L: . The only files remained the same are the DosDriver ones

As i said before imagemount also doesn't mount ADFs. Strangely both programs mount ISO files fine but not ADFs.

Any other idea about what else might cause this issue!!!

Delete the DOSDrivers (IDF0, IDF1 etc.) or move them to Storage

Imagemount won't work on 3.2, Using diskimagegui at moment but can't mount more than 2 adf's. Any 1 how to solve?

You can minnt as many ADFs with 3.2 as you like. Just doubleclick them or use DAControl („Help DAControl“ will tell you everything about it). Also make sure to upgrade to 3.2.1 so you can eject the ADFs via Workbench menu.

Diskimage is only needed for ISO on 3.2+.
