4xIDE Buffered IDE Interface
Could I connect this https://www.vesalia.de/e_idefix.htm (i only have the 4xide adapter) to this https://amigakit.amiga.store/product...ducts_id=12692 without having problems? Has anyone tried to say that with certainty? Will it work or do i have to get the newer 4xide buffered adapter?

I suspect you'll need to get both from Amigakit - as I doubt the Gayle adapters are the same, even if they're achieving the same overall goal.
I too have the IDEFix mainboard, so I'd love to find out I just need the Gayle adapter too - but I suspect it's unlikely. |

When I open the case, I find out that it is exactly the same number of pins, but I don't know if it's aligned with the newer adapter |

The new FastIDE Gayle Adapter is designed for use with the Amiga Kit 4xIDE Buffered Interface only. Plugging it into any third party products may cause damage.
