PMSL @ Amigamemo - thanks!! I don't think I count though, since I haven't traded with him.

@ BastiBS

Deny things all you want; the members on the various forums can make their own minds up... People aren't as stupid as you seem to think they all are...

Your whole attitude towards the community stinks and needs to change drastically before people will take you even remotely seriously; is the word 'regret' in your dictionary at all?

You were banned from AmiBay for flagrant breaches of site rules. Multiple account activity (BastiBS and The_Specialist, amongst others that we didn't activate) and trading via PM was in clear breach of our site rules (which, it seems, you couldn't be bothered to read) and you were dealt with accordingly. The fact that you chose to create more accounts after being banned as BastiBS shows that you have no remorse for your actions. You had more than enough rope to hang yourself on AmiBay.

We don't delete threads on our site, either; as you probably know by now, we posted a warning telling everyone about your activity as The_Specialist, so that others would learn about you and your methods of exploiting the community.

Yes, today I know this. You asked for an apologise and I did.

@TheCyberDruid: Yes, but it was no spamming. (pm)

Probably my drugs are too strong!?

Can we all stop this now please and leave it all where it belongs (not on EAB and Lemon Amiga).

Sebastian,

This is called "What goes around comes around".

You treated the community badly and yet you expect them to forgive you almost instantly, so that you can start doing the same thing all over again? The community are now treating you with the same contempt that you showed them, yet you now claim that it's unfair that they are doing so.

I really hope that you can see what's wrong with this strategy, because unless you are prepared to change, you are highly likely to end up frozen out of every retro community forum.

@ Graham

It does involve EAB, since the Great Giana Sisters thread played out on here.

I dont think you mean this the way it sounds, to be honest G, as a global mod you should care a little more when something like this is happening in our back yard m8.

I cannot be admonished twice for the same thing. This he meant.

This quarrel (GS) were already discussed and finished some month ago. (see old GS thread please, there I apologised)

Thanks

OR

where you the Crusader for right and justice fixed a problem that was caused by an offending purchaser discovering a dark secret that had nothing to do with you in anway... at all...

how stupid does one need to be, to believe your sh!te?

Which has been done plenty of times already don't you think? This isn't even the only thread that it's happened on recently!

Yeah, you're right, I do care. I do care that this part of the forum is turning into a complete farce by a bunch of people who can't resist having the last word. I do care that an issue that arose months ago, and was, I understand, sorted out, keeps getting dragged up in different threads. I do care that bastibs keeps making accusations which have no substance to them at other members. I do care that I get constantly swamped with PMs from various people on this subject all of which I have heard many many times before. And everything keeps going round in circles. So what's the point?

Bastibs' behaviour obviously leaves a hell of a lot to be desired. But by constantly bringing this subject up in any way they can, in any forum they can, the rest of you aren't covering yourselves in glory either.

Maybe some guys will save an user feedback here, then you can check.

@GH

I understand your concerns, but it looks as though its being swept under the carpet here.

I know you better than that.

the problem is, and it has been seen time and time again... if you give batiBS and inch... he will take several miles...

Its never nice to see somthing like this on EAB, it produces a Knot in my stomach, but by doing nothing, we can be seen as condoning his actions. thats a much bigger Knot to try and get over...

Yes threads like these are tiring, but think of the alternative .... what when someone get jipped, pending on how, this board could be considered liable for damages, especially in the light of the traders KNOWN PROVEN and FACTUAL activies.

I cannot allow my favourite forum (this board) to be his plaything, he doesn't care what he sells and to whom, he is driven by money symbols and the rest of us be damned.

I have tried reasoning with him on many occasions, its useless... he will always play "the victim" so for EVERY thread he opens on My Favy boards, I will post a caution, its my right and only fair to warn people of his conduct, and NOT to be seen as sweeping it under the carpet as *such things dont happen here*....

remeber we are ALL part of a much larger community, and its to ourselfs we must answer at the end of the day...

could you live with the fact

That by doing nothing, you allowed a fellow forum member, perhaps even a friend, get fleaced?

@Zetro0

Please read on lemonamiga, I'm not the culprit of this case and without him there would also be no discussion.

Maybe you should check my feedbacks on ebay and compare.

Actually during the last months I have kept quiet to avoid such incidents... and who has opened the 2 bastibs fake accounts I would not like to know... By the way, more buyer feedbacks are to be seen on lemonamiga.

Let us be dear please.
