2000 Keyboard to CDTV
I have a CDTV but with no keyboard. I do have an Amiga 1500 which has a 1500/2000 keyboard. Would this adaptor work so that I can use the keyboard on the CDTV.

Yes it does just fine... You need to make some changes to the header inside 1500/2000's keyboard as it has some signals into different pins.
You can check one old thread of mine when I wanted to do the opposite (had CDTV keyboard and wanted to connect it to a PCKey-1200): http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=36509 Logically you can hack the adapter you mentioned to change the signals outside of the keyboard... alas having an adapter for your need without having to change the keyboard headers in case you need to use the keyboard to an 1500/2000 machine ![]() |
