soccer game, 1st person during penalties
I'm looking for the name of a football (soccer) game, I don't remember what kind of "camera" it had, but in penalty kicks it became first person and when you kicked, a square behind the goalkeeper moved from left to right

Are you sure it switched to 1st person and not behind the player view? Italy 1990 did the latter.

I can't remember correctly..but the penalties looked similar (I think) to three lions 98 for psx, with a square instead of a circle

No, it's not..in world cup soccer Italia 90 /World trophy soccer you have this angle of view every time you enter the penalty area, and not only when you kick a penalty; and it doesn't have the "square" when you kick on goal
