Workbench 3.1 Icon Text

Apologies if this has been asked + answered elsewhere, but does anyone know of a tool or technique for wrapping icon text in 3.1? Text on two lines instead of one, kinda thing? Or is it impossible?

It is possible to change the text style (for example to outline), so it should be possible to change the text layout, too.

I don't know of any such program, though.
