Found broken floppies of these (Part 1)
my kryoflux has been doing overtime during these hot summernights after finding in the basement 2 forgotten floppy boxes under pile of dust; and still some left in irrecoverable bit rot state
these specific versions (multiple trainers or 1-disked) not to be found in TOSEC or in collections I downloaded, so will try here Alert + >FOUND on EAB ISO files >thanks to MAI Anarchy +8 and 1-disk version Error of my part, it was +7 , not +8 so solved Beyond The Ice Palace +4 found on compilation disk in TOSEC Charon 5 + >FOUND on EAB ISO files >thanks to MAI Chubby Gristle +3 found on compilation disk in TOSEC Chuckie Egg +2 >FOUND on EAB ISO files >thanks to MAI Dyter 07 +2 >>1-disk version! >FOUND >thanks to BarryB Excalibur +2 found on compilation disk in TOSEC F15 Strike Eagle II Mission Disk found on TOSEC, was simply Disk 2 Flying Shark +2 >FOUND >thanks to MAI Growth +3 found on compilation disk in TOSEC Jupiter Probe +2 trained and 1-filed found on EAB FTP /Collection/BBS/Abaddon/Tuna #1 Living II 1 & 2 (?) > FOUND: LIVINGSTONE II > thanks to s2325 Lotus Turbo Esprit Challenge + found on TOSEC Mayday Squad Heroes +2 - trained by The Band: >FOUND on EAB ISO files >thanks to MAI Renegade +3 >FOUND on EAB ISO files >thanks to MAI Red Storm Rising 1-disk version found on TOSEC Revenge of the Mutant Camels II + >FOUND on EAB ISO files (PGC) Thunderblade +2 >FOUND on EAB ISO files >thanks to MAI Turbo + >FOUND on EAB ISO files >thanks to MAI Vigilante + >recovered after many retries >thanks to Kryoflux Wanted + found on compilation disk in TOSEC Powerstyx + 100% (ReLine) > this is the BS1-TKT crack with trainer and no gfx corruption > waiting on Prowler since 3 years now to transfer it! Dames Simulator USA > English version of this French game Rotox +4 > 4x trainer & 1-disk version Venus The Flytrap +8 (disk 1) >8x trainer, disk 2 can be used from other versions Victory Road +2 > 2x trainer with toggle Viz > 1-disk version So if anyone has a version of these games with same or more trainers; or hints where they can be found, feel free to share! But this game should be on single disk. Maybe it's cracked version with cracktro on first disk and game data on second.

it is a single disk, but the label of the disk said "1 & 2" which was quite confusing

that's because spanish games have 2 parts : phase 1 & phase 2.
For Powerstyle, you must use powercopy (cr by our sweet-sweet Stingray), and image the disk as track file image, and then transfer it under winuae, and write back with powercopy in an extended ADF and it will work Don't hesitate if you need help to recover and create disks ADF & eADF contact me |

problem is the powerstyx+ 100% is on a 5.25" floppy and I do not have a drive anymore to read it.
I can send it by mail to someone who can recover it ? |

it was orginally on 3.5", but as 5.25" floppies were cheaper in those days it was transferred with xcopy nibble mode to a 5.25 floppy using a 5.25 drive (with a hardware switch to hard redirect df0 to external drive)
I lost the 3.5" floppy and the 5.25" drive (I still have a 2nd 5.25" drive, but broken, back in the days it read too many crc errors while the same floppy worked fine on another 5.25 drive, so that drive is most likely dead, but the "working 5.25 got lost somehow in my basement as it vanished!) |

you mean when game is loading; it uses a real fast trrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr sound when loading, some fake turbo load I guess, as the broken copy in TOSEC runs in normal DOS and loads as fast as the nonDOS diskloader NIB 100% version of Bamiga Sector One.

No, sound when floppy drive is empty waiting for disk. It should be soft clicking.

yes the broken drive clicks. It used to work fine when new, but it started acting up after 2 or 3 years of intense use. Of course all this is about 20 years ago

The Band & Bamiga Sector 1 were from Belgium, so was I, so I got a lot of their releases
Powerstyx seems to be the right BS1 version but the bootblock is wiped by a virus!! |
