Like a binary that I could run either manually or by adding to the startup-sequence of certain games.
Something like this http://aminet.net/package/misc/emu/UAEquit but for whdload. I have some games that use the generic/workbench slaves which have an option to quit the game but since they're running in whdload, that option is useless. Adding such command would skip the step to hit the quit button. |

I could build such a command. It shouldn't be that hard.
You use Workbench13.Slave ATM? |

It's actually mostly 3.1. Can't quite remember if I have a 1.3 game which has a quit option and would benefit from such an command.

create an executable that simulates a quit key event Toni provided me some code to emulate keyboard for CD32load which works perfect. Problem is you need to know what the quitkey is

You can get the quit key from reading tooltypes and whdload.prefs.

I have updated the Workbench31 install and also the GenericKick. There is now a builtin resident command called WHDCtrl. You can call it with option Quit and it will quit WHDLoad.

Awesome, I will try it out later. Thanks.
But now I need to to figure out a way to easily compile all the slaves again with the correct names/info. |
