Fresh Tomatoes!

More boxed editions of Turbo Tomato are now available!

Bitmap Soft have announced the availability of a new batch of the Deluxe Boxed Edition of Turbo Tomato.

The first run of boxes sold out (thank you all!), and if you missed out this is probably your last chance to grab TT as a collectors physical edition.

I know I'm biased, but it's really a very nicely put together package

https://www.bitmapsoft.co.uk/product/turbo-tomato/

If you're outside the UK you may prefer to purchase from either Alinea Computer or AmigaStore.EU to save on customs and shipping fees.

Stay saucy!

I am among those who will buy it from ALINEA as it is now exempt from the absurd customs fees required by purchases in ENGLAND.
I hope it's still available around Christmas, when I can spend a little on my AMIGA ...

Just a little note to say I'm -super- pleased with how the game as gone down with the Amiga community. You never know with this sort of thing!

It's Bitmap Soft's best-selling Amiga game and a rare (only?) second physical production run after the first sold out.

THANKS EVERYONE!

Hi girv, I'm quite tempted to buy your game but I would like to test it before because from the videos I can't understand how it plays...
Would it be possible to have a demo version, maybe just a few levels or 10 minutes of play in order to feel the real taste of the game?

Hmmm, I'm having difficulty finding/downloading the new version on bitmapsoft. I'm logged in, but it's prompting to buy it again. I can't find a download link. Any ideas?

It should be in My Account > Downloads, a big orange button. If it's not then you should contact Bitmap Soft support for help - I have no access or control over their web shop.

I have uploaded a demo version to The Zone:
https://eab.abime.net/zone/TurboTomato_1.1.0_DEMO.adf

This is the complete first world of four in the full game.

Note that this version will not generate high score codes for the online tables at https://retro.nivrig.com/

Have fun!

Twiggy: Don't know, I have same problem with Bitmap soft. There's no downloads in my account anymore. I created support-ticket few weeks ago and wrote a few days ago to their support-email address, but they haven't answered.

That's a great idea!

Don't forget you can also buy it from either Alinea Computer or AmigaStore.EU to save on fees if you're shipping to somewhere outside the UK.

In fact I contacted both of them asking if they are going to sell also Smarty and the Nasty Gluttons so that I can save on shipping costs buying both games from one reseller...
Amigastore didn't reply to my message while Alinea last week told me that they will have the other game available soon so I think I'll buy both the games from Alinea hopefully in a few days/weeks...

I'm not the only one! I've also contacted their support email with no reply. I bloody should have waited for the itch.io release!

What a pain!

@twiggy: I checked again my account, and now there's on downloads "Turbo Tomato V1.1" I didn't get any response from Bitmap, so maybe you should check your account again too?

@el_pasi cheers

Unfortunately I only have "No downloads available yet.", despite having the purchase there and just an option to buy it again. The original email link for the download no longer works/redirects either.

What a mystery. Maybe I should send them another email or something.

Just bought the physical edition at Alinea (along with Smarty and the Nasty Gluttons).

Would it be possible to have a WHDLoad installer for this game? I know that it is already installable on Hard Drive but I like to install all my original games with WHDLoad...

It is HDD installer with the game.

I guess WHDLoad install will come later.
