I had couple, called WBHacks disk, one of them were Lemmings dropping from the toolbar, when they landed on a window, they would walk towards the edge and then fall down again. Pretty cool.

Check the game/gag on aminet.

These were too funny - you'd either have to be twisted or very bored with some of these. The Snow app reminds me of what happens to my monitor when my wife blow-drys her hair...

Aminet has something called Dropshadow but it also mention AREXX which is not KS 1.x so it's not the same thing. It's one of 4 utils I am looking for actually to recreate my old everyday Wb 1.3 disks on my triple drive A1000 setup.

I tried posting a wb utility requests thread but the post thread function gave me 504 bad gateway twice and now I see two screwed up threads have been created and I get a database error message when I try to report it

Could a mod' please remove those two corrupt threads from the sub-forum?
thanks

edit: Threads are now working OK but there are two identical threads "Looking for some KS/WB 1.x tools I had" in support.apps sorry

I was always mucking about with stuff like this.

A pair of eyes that followed the mouse pointer.
Homer Simpson who sat in the corner spouting homerism's
Bump mapped workbench
Warp speed effect on the backdrop
Starfield on the backdrop.

There's loads of them... I get mixed up between OCS and AGA hacks though...it all getting a bit blurry, like my eyes!

Yaboing looks funny
And maybe they could be qualified as "useless" but if you learn system friendly coding, such programs are nice idea

Most of these screen hacks of old were definitely not system friendly. :-) Run, be amused, reboot. And probably you'll have to run it under 1.x because they will just crash under newer releases.

Check the game/gag on aminet.
I always enjoyed this one alot.

Made a skript that starts this "Gag program" after playing Lemmings
(when the Lemmings "app" closes, the "gag" would start)

Is really cute, but like Jope said; it is also not very system friendly, especially under AGA, which is a shame.
If someone could make this system friendly and working on AGA, that would be too sweet

I remember seeing one in the 1.3-days where the workbench became a platform game. You could jump around with some dude from window to window
