Just purchased the game off the site, do we get a download link emailed to us? Haven't got an email yet.

@TjLaZer
Yes, I believe that's how it works. Also, try logging into your account, the dl button may appear there, can't recall for sure.

@TjLaZer: If you purchased from amigashop.org, you should have got an email with a download link. Please check your spam folder too. If you did not get anything, please email the shop. They´ll help you out immediately.

Just a quick update on recent media coverage about RESHOOT R: Thomas Szedlak of Making Games Magazine invited me to write a massive six page feature about the development of RESHOOT R for the current issue, which is now out. Also, Barry Morse of The Retro Shed put up a wonderful let´s play-video on youtube. May I invite you to my Patreon website for links and more.

Is the magazine article in english?

I know it's a german product but the contents page is in english so can I assume that the Reshoot R article is in english too?

Question

what screen size/mode does RESHOOT R run on? Trying to run it on my A1200 NTSC booted up in PAL mode and all i get is black screen? Not sure if it has something to do with my IndisionAGA settings messing things up too?

RESHOOT R runs in PAL-mode in basic Lores-mode. Nothing special. As you can switch your NTSC-A1200 to PAL within the Bootmenu, you should easily be able to play the game. The cause for the blackscreen might be the Indivision, but I cannot check as I unfortunately I am not a proud owner of such hardware. Anyone else?

You made sure you got enough free chipmem? RR needs 1.8 MB to run.

thanks for the quick reply issue might be low chip ram as I believe it was at 1.5MB but issue of black screen is one thing..I should still be able to exit back into Workbench but system crashes and needs restart?

Better off getting the WHDload version to run it. That way you can set the PAL tooltype and quick back to WB. Runs great on my NTSC Amiga 4000!

Yes, the WHDload version fixes two or three issues and is very much recommended, just in case.

But what is "PAL tooltype" - does the WHDload-version automatically switch to PAL-mode?

I contacted Amiga on the lake, I sent 2 emails no response, i finally called them direct they said they knew nothing about it and would reach out to you or who ever they work with. its been over a month now since i bought game and can't play it on my stock CD32 the way it is and i don't feel i should have to if it can't be fixed i should get my money back?

The first batch of CD-ROMs had a bug on them, which makes some CD32-consoles sound like some wild animal. We produced a second batch without that bug.

Please send an email to andreas@apc-tcp.de (Andreas Magerl) and ask for a replacement-CD. You will get that for free. As you are living in the US, it might take a few days until you get it tough. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Yours Richard
