lha files read by UAE?
I have downloaded the instrument disks of the legendary Sound Tracker. I have composed tones of music, and I have just recoverd them with the help of a friend But to listen to my music I need ST instrument disks ns. 01 to 08 (these where the ones I worked with then). I found them on Aminet, but they are not on my familiar adf format, but in lha. I have read that this is a compresion type. Well, I don't know what it is. The only thing I care about is to run the ST "disks". To do this, I need:
1) Whether to find how can UAE read lha files (?) 2) To transford lha to adf (I have read some posts in another part of this forum, but did not understand many things...) 3) Find the disks in adf format. Please help me. Thank you! |

Well, you can use a compression util like Winrar, decompress it to a directory and mount it as an Harddisk so you can access it via Workbench as a regular harddisk.

Maybe, but the workbench I find is also lha, so it also has to be transformed. It'a a vicious circle.
