Question Help needed on A1200 network!

Guys I sorta asked about this stuff before and got a pcmcia nic card and found it wasn't suitable for the 1200 before even getting the proper network software etc!

What I need is an idiots guide on getting the 1200 networked to my pc. I have just got a Kingston KNE-PC2T so im ready to go ahead.

I need to know:

Whats the best software and TCP stack to use!
Whether or not to buy or build the card slot reset hack!
and if the cardreset.lha from aminet would be ok as a short term bodge or not...

MIAMI or GENESIS (both really easy to set up)
