Amiga Assembly exension for Visual Studio Code 0.19 released

This extension helps (I hope) to build and debug easily assembly code for the Amiga.

Setup:

• Download Visual Studio Code (vscode): https://code.visualstudio.com/
• Install the extension from the market place
• Download and unzip the example workspace: https://github.com/prb28/vscode-amig...indows_x64.zip (there are binaires for osx and linux too).
• Open the workspace file vscode-amiga-wks-example/vscode-amiga-wks-example.code-workspace with vscode
• Set a breakpoint and debug !

New features in 0.19 :

• Generate Boot Block Code and integrate it to ADF file
• Modify marked data with expression or defaults
• Vasm can be completely disabled
• Register addresses in hover data
• Add Bitwise operators to calculations &(AND), |(OR), ^|(XOR), <<(Left shift), >>(Sign-propagating right shift), >>>(Zero-fill right shift), ~(NOT)
• Modify build directory location
• "step out" command in debugger
• Bug fixes
