10 Years of Amiga Gaming Part 3: 1988

And yet again another year being more fruitful than the previous couple, with a selection of some really excellent games released on the Amiga. Was it the best year for the system? Not in the slightest but it could be argued that it was first out of the next few that started snowballing, getting much better faster each year until it finally culminated in early 1990's to slow down a bit after. Best proof of that I've got, is that the early games list for the 1989 I started preparing had over 50 games I wanted to show. And I needed to shrink it down do more manageable +/- 30. Still, that's next week. This week, 1988 is on the table and it was pretty cool year, for games at the very least and I'm sure that most found here will be games that most of you knew and loved.

Just watched the video and I'm quite surprised by the highest rated game for 1988 on Lemon. Then again I'm not a simulation person I liked that this time there were no pauses in narration Looking forward to 1989!

Thanks! Yep, no pauses in the coming ones either. There'll just be too many games in them.

I will be adding a bit better game codes though for a little while as I've got some more recently and they should last me for all of this series and a month/two longer maybe. I know it's just a code per video and they're of different quality so far and placed (that's actually intentional) in random spots but it's a little bit I can do for the community.
