It seems like it has layered on a sort of smooth, plasticine sheen. I don't not like it.

Its a Supereagle SuperSal or BRZ filter. Mostly found in 8bit and 16 bit emulators for consoles.


I prefer scanlines and a light blur filter to emulate an old CRT Screen.
