Good to know. I'll add the disk to all entries then.

I assume the game itself is also in French? We currently only have English and German listed as ingame languages.

As already mentioned, I don't have a working drive anymore so I can't dumper the disk and test the game.
According to the French manual, the functions described have names in French.
So I assume that the game is translated into French. We should do a search for TOSEC in this sense.. Also for the German version.

Note: Very good choice Columbo, I like this TV series

Maybe you could include it in the batch you give to Denis then? I'll keep my eyes open and maybe we should start a thread somewhere to search for and confirm those cases.

At first, a heuristic search may do the job.

I'll leave that in your capable hands then.

I took time to scan but I don't have any more time to do postprocessing. The rest will come a little later. For now, I have this ready :

- Antheads - It Came from the Desert II Data Disk (Mirrorsoft)(FR)
- Galactic Conqueror (Titus)(FR)
- NRJ La Compil'Action Vol. 2 (Infogrames)(FR)
- Sim City Terrain Editor (Infogrames)

PS: About Antheads > It is explicitly mentioned on the European boxes that Mirrorsoft is not the distributor in France
PS: About Sim City Terrain Editor > Only a label on the back of the box indicates that it is Terrain Editor and not the game!?

EDIT: I took some time

That is interesting... So this box shouldn't exist

Did they run out of Terrain Editor boxes and then just put the disk in the boxes of the game? Did the shop do it? That is indeed weird. Need to ask what we'll do with that one.

It might be interesting to clarify the scope of Euro-Maintenance
For me, it's just after sales service but...maybe not only

Micromania is a national brand with a long history and still exists. I doubt they would have done this

For now, I added this:

- Hell Raiser (PC Hits)

So you suspect that the shop or a previous owner might have done it after the original box got damaged? Either way I tend to not add it as it seems quite 'unofficial'.

Euro-Maintenance belonged to Ubi Soft. So Ubi Soft was the distributor.

If it had been the publisher, he would have put a sticker on the front of the box. It has to be seen!
In this case, I don't know what to think...

It makes sense!

I finished processing the scans from yesterday :
- Saint and Greavsie - The Ultimate Soccer Trivia Game (Grandslam)
- SEUCK - Shoot'Em-Up Construction Kit (Outlaw)(FR)

I'm going to work from home a bit and take care of TOSEC, so that's all for today

Ah, a French manual for SEUCK very nice Thank you and I'll also finish something else first before I get to the new uploads

Everything has been added Thank you once again

I had a bit of an issue with this one... Basically I had three options:

1. Create a manual with the yellowed page borders 'intact'.
2. Get rid of the yellowed borders and end up with 50 shades of blue-greenish text.
3. Keep the cover as color images and convert the pages to greyscale so that they can be properly cleaned up.

I went with option #3, but since I know that people might prefer the original blue text I've uploaded the unmodified scans to the file server in 'Collection/Scans/Manuals/Games/SEUCK - Shoot'Em-Up Construction Kit (Outlaw)(FR)'. I hope this compromise is acceptable.

This is a great choice, I would have done the same

For today (a little work so you don't get bored):
- Archipelagos (Logotron)
- Skull and Crossbones (Domark)

Could I kindly ask you also to scan the front of the Galaxy Force II box when you find the time? Would look a bit weird to have the front in the old resolution (640px) and the back in the new (1024px)

Okay, but you'll understand why I didn't do it before...

A little hungry?
- Lords of the Rising Sun (Ubi Soft)(FR)

PS: this is confirmed: Cinemaware + Mirrorsoft + France = Ubi Soft
