UAE XFD wrapper (beta)

Yet another strange program available: now you can unpack any XFD supported compressed file transparently in Windows command prompt if you are too lazy to run it manually inside emulation

http://www.winuae.net/files/b/xfduae.zip

Unpack to some empty directory, do not move or rename anything, copy new enough winuae.exe to same directory.

WinUAE ROM scanner must have any 68020-compatible 3.0 or 3.1 Kickstart ROM detected.

xfduae.exe <source file> <destination file> (if no destination, overwrite source with unpacked version)

don't ask..

I've tested it with a couple of files, seems to do the job. Nice work, thanks!

Edit: Just a quick question.. Could you implement XFDScan support if you're bored enough? Would be very nice. Right now you still need a working WB environment to scan for the packed files Prowiz doesn't find.

This looks like a nice proggie indeed!

Err,,,

When i do cmd.....

The file is about 292kb(crunched)(Apathy-XXXVideo)
When i do the command the file is gettings smaller?(66 bytes?)

What am i doin wrong here?

UAEXFD only calls Amiga XFD libraries, I don't know (or even care) how XFD internally works. I guess your file has unsupported format or format is misdetected.
